Co-Enrollee Classes for High School Students
(When Available)
Entrance Information:
- Must have current Principal's Approval Form with all required signatures and approved courses marked.
- Must enroll in person and purchase books or pay fees at time of enrollment (parent may come to enroll the student).
- Must be able to work independently in our non-lecture classes.
- Should be able to read and comprehend at the 9th grade level or above.
- Math students do best if they are repeating a course of algebra 1 or above, or if they are accelerated math students, due to the non-lecture structure of our classes.
- ESOL students must be able to read and comprehend at the appropriate level in English, and complete the course within the time period in which it is offered.
- ESE students must be able to read and comprehend at the appropriate grade level, and complete the course with the time period in which it is offered.
- Ours are not lecture classes. The teacher functions as a classroom manager, administering tests, grading classroom work and tests, and working with students one-on-one as much as possible.
- Students who do not complete all of the course requirements earn a grade of "F" on their academic history.
